In practice we discussed areas such as self-rescue and dry rescues with various resourses in detail. In addition, much attention is given to evacuation techniques and wet rescue techniques that lead to, for example going into the water with a back-up line attacht to the rescuer. It also looks in depth and worked with non-motorized boats used as a rescue platform for such rescue or drive out to rescue people stranded in vehicles running water.
