Oxygen first aid with water accidents

Audience:
Emergency services responsible for organizing rescue and where there is a risk of oxygen deficiency with the victim, such as emergency response teams, (company) fire departments, sportinstructors, lifeguards, swimming pools, sports and leisure facilities, campgrounds, outdoor businesses, etc.

Description:
This course, Oxygen First Aid for Aquatic Emergencies, or Aquatic Oxygen Provider, is a program designed to train people to recognize potential water-related injuries and to provide first aid with oxygen while waiting for the ambulance and / or transport to the nearest the clinic can be organized. The skills in this course are not intended solely for use in drowning incidents, but can also be applied much more broadly, such as heart failure, shock, trauma and other reasons of hypoxia on the victim.

The aim of this course is to train people in the techniques of using oxygen as first aid for a suspected incident of a submersion (near-drowning). 
Skills that are treated are a repetition of the basic first aid skills, (re) identifying hazards in the use of oxygen, proper use of oxygen cylinders and various conactors, using various masks to administer oxygen for breathing and not breathing victims.
